Due to current events related to COVID-19 virus, we are following the advice of the CDC and various government mandates to close our offices for the safety of our employees. We currently expect to reopen our offices on April 6th, but this may change due to the fluidity of the situation.

  3. I have insurance on my ring and one of the Diamonds has come out. What process should I use to get it repaired?

    • Hello! For repairs submitted through Macy’s, we must return them back to the store. Please contact the store for reopening and repair pickup. Thank you.
