Submit your repair request online from any device. Our easy-to-use form will guide you through describing the repair and entering your shipping and contact details. Be sure to select “Sears” under authorized partners while creating your order if you have a Care Plan. - Send Your Item
Choose your shipping and insurance preference, and enjoy a free evaluation and repair quote once your item is in our care. Follow our step-by-step packing instructions to ensure your item’s safe arrival. Schedule a UPS pickup or drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. If you’re using a Sears Care Plan, shipping is provided by Sears. - Approve the Work
Once your item reaches our facility, we’ll provide a detailed inspection and personalized repair quote. If covered by Sears Care Plans, we’ll begin immediately. If not, you choose which repairs to approve—no commitment required. As soon as we get your approval, we will begin the repair of your jewelry or timepiece. - Expert Repairs
Our Certified Watchmakers and Master Jewelers do their best to repair and restore your items as quickly as possible, while also maintaining our premier standard of repair service. Need it fast? Rush orders are available. - Receive Your Item
