“I sent in a ring to be resized–my estimate also suggested a stone resetting. I hadn’t planned on repairing the stone, and settled for just the resizing. After accepting the repair, I had issues with my credit card going through on the website…we went back and forth with them bank and customer service team (for days) but when I was starting to feel hopeless about getting it resolved (and playing phone tag) I was informed my ring had already been shipped out free of charge, resized, and with a stone reset!

“I sent in my Mont Blanc Meisterstuck for repair. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. My pen was sent back in perfect condition. I was greatly impressed with the care and attention. My pen was returned in a very nice box which was a surprise and delight.”

“The nib on my Mont Blanc was bent after I dropped it on the floor. I sent it My Jewelry Repair. Shortly after it was repaired and returned, it started leaking ink. I returned it was told it would cost $85 to repair. I protested, saying that it didn’t leak when it was under my control and that had it been leaking, I would have mentioned it. After looking it over, a My Jewelry Repair craftsman concurred and the pen was repaired for no extra charge. That, to me, is great customer service.
