At first I was skeptical about this company since their only option for repairing stuff is by mail call me old school but I like knowing where my stuff is going if I'm going to send it by mail I spoke to multiple customer service people throughout the process and they were all very assuring and helpful so I figured I'd give it a go once I started the order process it wasn't so bad the one thing I wasn't too happy about was the time it took to repair my watch but they reassured me it was because they were waiting for some part from the manufacturer or something so can't really hold that against them.
