For this Bulova timepiece repair, we had to:
- Perform our standard and free professional evaluation by our expert technicians after noting the repair requests of the customer
- As you may have already known, although we are an online jewelry and watch repair company, we only provide evaluations when our skilled craftsmen can physically assess the items in person at our secure facility
- Source out new genuine parts including an authorized stem and crown that works specifically for this Bulova piece
- Perform a complete clean and overhaul of the automatic movement
- Professionally polish the case, back, and bracelet
- Reassemble the entire timepiece with the new stem and crown
